Yoga & Beyond was founded by Gigi Neophytou in 2006 (in South West Sydney) to support and foster the sense of mindfulness, health and peace in the community.
We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health, including:
Yoga ~ Pilates ~ Stretching ~ Balancing ~ Meditation ~ Nutrition and Lifestyle.
Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental well-being, Yoga & Beyond provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.
By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of your personal health and wellbeing.
We do this by providing you with a range of Yoga, Stretch, Pilates Core and Meditation classes (from 5 year-olds to 80+ years young), as well as health workshops and retreats.

Hi! I'm Gigi, owner of Yoga & Beyond. I have personally selected and mentored each teacher here so that you get the BEST.
I am trained in yoga, stretch therapy, kids yoga, yoga as therapy, counselling and nutritional therapy and I am currently studying Ayurveda.
I believe GREAT health is achievable when we take the HOLISTIC approach. Diet, exercise, stress management, breath and mind regulation, a purpose to live and hope for the future are what I teach for healthy living.

Both Daniel and I were talking about it on Saturday and we agree that we can see how passionate you are about not only yoga, but about everything you do in general. Not only do you teach yoga, but you teach people to communicate with their mind, body and soul as well as explaining the human body to everyone in layman's terms so that everyone can understand what you're talking about :)
