Yoga & Beyond's Classes and Courses
Yoga, Stretching, Core and Pilates are amazing for training you to use your body and your mind to their full potential.
Our classes (and courses) are great for stress and anxiety management, strength, flexibility, balance, weight loss, core strength and more!!
We do conduct a 15-20 minute meditation session at the end of each class; allowing you to learn meditation and remain relaxed when you leave.
You will find our teachers (and our students) are very friendly and supportive. We will encourage you to work at the right level for you, and we can help you progress in the areas you want to improve.
This class is a great introductory course for beginners of all levels and runs for 5 weeks.
Learn the basics of yoga and learn how to use the equipment in a friendly and supportive environment.
NOTE: Beginners may like to start with the Gentle Classes on the timetable if the beginners classes have finished
Yoga + Stretching Classes
Our Yoga + Stretch Classes have been designed as a "gentle" class for students .
These classes are ideal for students who need:
a BIG stretch
to balance out their training
Yoga Therapy for injury management
yoga during pregnancy
help with pain
support with stress or anxiety.
Kids Yoga class caters to Primary School Aged Children.
The course runs for 8 weeks.
We are a
Service NSW - Active Kids Provider
so bring in your vouchers.
(High School kids
can use their voucher to join the adult classes.)
The classes have been developed to help your child's physical, emotional and psychological development.

Pilates + Core
Pilates focuses on the deep postural muscles, mainly the deep abdominal muscles, which help to support and protect your spine.
As well as the abdominals, other areas of the body are strengthened, such as the hips, buttocks, lower back and shoulders.
The key principles of Pilates are: breathing, centering, concentration, flowing movement, precision, control and alignment.
Private + Corporate
Our private sessions allow exercise in private and our corporate sessions allow your employees to be relaxed and more productive in the workplace.
We also offer wellbeing sessions for businesses who support the mental health of their employees.
In this course you will:
learn and practice a variety of meditation states
experience the peaceful feelling that comes when you know how to tame your mind
have all your questions about meditation answered
get a taste of what meditation can do for your mind.
