Monday/Tuesday 5-week Course Yoga - Stretch - Pilates Classes
These classes will need to be booked and prepaid to secure your 5-week course of classes.
Note: they are run on a 5-week cycle at a cost of $85 per person. There are no classes on a public holiday (or the Tuesday after a public holiday), but the course is extended for a week to cover the missed class.
Text Gigi on 0425 266 429 to check if there are any possible spots available for a casual attendance, at a rate of $20 per class.
We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat + water. Doors will open 15-minutes before class starts.
You will learn to move your muscles and joints to improve strength, balance, posture and flexibility; as well as improving your ability to focus, relax and breathe correctly.
Gigi specialises in back care, healthy ageing and stress and anxiety management.
The last 15-minutes of the class will be for meditation and Gigi's "healthy living" tip of the week!
This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners - and is great for people who care about their health and are ready to do something about it.

Friday Casual Community Classes
This is a friendly community class that I have been running since 2006, from 10am - 11.15 am.
There is no need to book for the Friday classes, just show up and pay $10 on the day!
You need to:

bring your own yoga mat + water

arrive by 9.45 am to park and settle in.
Gigi will teach you how to strengthen, stretch, breathe, relax and meditate.
Each week she will teach a different theme and will allocate the last 15-minutes to teach you many ways to look after your health, naturally.
This class is great for people who care about their health and are ready to do something about it.
