Monday/Tuesday Courses      Yoga - Stretch - Pilates Classes

These classes will need to be booked and prepaid to secure your spot - casual option available.

Note: These Courses run by calendar months .

There are no classes on a public holiday (or the Tuesday after a public holiday).

Text Gigi on 0425 266 429 to check if there are any possible spots available for a casual attendance, at a rate of $22 per class.

We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat + water. We do yoga with bare feet.

Doors will open 15-minutes before class starts.

​

You will learn to move your muscles and joints to improve strength, balance, posture and flexibility; as well as improving your ability to focus, relax and breathe correctly.

​

Gigi specialises in back care, healthy ageing and stress and anxiety management.

​

The last 15-minutes of the class will be for meditation and Gigi's "healthy living" tip of the week!

​

This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners - and is great for people who care about their health and are ready to do something about it.
