MOST of our classes will include a Pilates workout.
Yoga and stretching are great BUT Pilates gives us that extra edge when it comes to core work.

Pilates focuses on the deep postural muscles, mainly the deep abdominal muscles, which help to support and protect your spine.

As well as the abdominal, other areas of the body are strengthened, such as the hips, buttocks, lower back and shoulders.

The key principles of Pilates are: breathing, centering, concentration, flowing movement, precision, control and alignment.
